But wait, since it’s snowing outside does it get rescheduled or nah? Hell, either way girl, if you can’t take your jump off to Red Lobster for these Cheddar Bae Biscuits, since you already took, your main joint and you don’t want them kinda problems, you can make these cheddar biscuits at the house. They are really easy to make and you probably already have all of the ingredients in your kitchen.
Cheddar Bae Biscuits
- 2 c flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 c (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled
- 1 c buttermilk
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or whatever cheese you prefer)
- more melted butter and garlic powder and parsley for brushing the biscuits
Preheat oven to 450°F
So in a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and garlic powder. Whisk these together and set aside. Meanwhile, mix the butter and buttermilk together in a smaller bowl. Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in the cheddar cheese last.
Drop the biscuits on a lined (parchment) pan and bake for about 10-15 mins or until they are golden brown. Take them out and brush with the butter-garlic powder-parsley mixture.
